On the heights of Gaillac in the Tarn, the Charming Old Winery Château offers its services for your wedding.
Our domain is a unique and intimate place in the region, dotted with beautiful century-old pines that lead you to the heart of haven of flamboyant greenery. Formerly a winery, the Château has been reborn in 2018 with a new vision: to be a place of exception for moments of exception. Steeped in the essence of the park and the scents of its vineyards, the Château and its idyllic setting, will make your event unforgettable and magical with many quality services being the key to making you and your guests live the most magical wedding.
The Château has 15 suites, all tastefully decorated and equipped with the desired technological comfort, for a total capacity of 44 people.
Besides, the castle offers in the heart of its vineyards: meals, walks, fun activities and wine to perfect your desires and consolidate your experience with us. You will also have access to our outdoor pool and our garden throughout your stay, the same goes naturally for your guests staying at the estate.
For your event, we suggest our reception room of 200 m². This beautiful room in stone and a wood frame perfectly combines modernity with the authenticity of the place (round tables, chairs, natural light, air-conditioning, heating...). It has a seating capacity of 150 to 200 people. The entire infrastructure of this building is designed to meet your expectations. You could also enjoy our catering area of 30m2 with its independent access and all its equipment. Besides, we have also 4 toilets, with 1 adapted for persons with reduced mobility, and a car park.
A stunning covered terrace of 200 m² allows you to have an excellent view of the vineyard. Enjoy this idyllic view to taste your cocktail when the weather does not allow you to do it in the garden. If the weather allows it, enjoy our garden with its swimming pool and our 2-hectare park with green spaces, relaxation areas and walk in the vineyard. These spaces will be perfect for your photos or for an outdoor ceremony. Thank you to notice that the team of the Château does not take care of the assembly of your ceremony. You could use the outdoor area from Saturday morning to Sunday morning, dismantling and assembly included.
For your wedding, we offer you a package including the privatization of the complex with the reception room, the covered terrace, the rooms for 44 persons and the park for 5 500€ TTC. The rooms are divided into 8 quadruple rooms including 3 with terrace, 1 triple room with terrace et 5 double. They are available from Saturday morning and must be released on Sunday before 11 am. The rooms included in the package will not be refunded or compensated. Additional nights are possible. The rates will be studied on seasons November to March. There is no disabled access for the rooms, only for the reception room.
Your event will be from Saturday morning from 10am to Sunday at 5pm. Among the range of wines offered by the Château, the choice of at least one wine will be requested for your private event for a tasting.
