In an exceptional setting, this 18th Century farmhouse has magnificent characterful rooms with a lot of charm, accommodating up to 130 people during the reception and sleeping 42, situated in peaceful countryside in southern Normandy. The old outbuildings dating from 1774 are restored in the style of the time, and offer you contemporary comfort.
The property has been entirely restored and is supplied with all modern conveniences. Set in seven hectares including expansive landscaped grounds you will find tranquillity, nature and space.
In these exceptional surroundings, we have a number of stylish function rooms at your disposal for the reception and canapes :
• the Louis XV room (120m2) and the Madame de Séran room (50m2) both situated on the ground floor.
• the Guillaume le Conquérant room (120m2) and the Reine Mathilde room (50m2) situated on the first floor.
The rooms can be used independently or intercommunicating, depending on your needs. Enjoy the wonderful surroundings of this beautiful farmhouse whilst relaxing and unwinding on our beautiful grounds and the sunny south-facing terrace. Our property is suitable for weddings and provides complete exclusivity.
Whatever your needs, we can assist with the organisation of your event if you are looking for a caterer, entertainer, photographer or florist. Enjoy our game room with a pool table, a table football and a ping pong table. Outside, you will find a playground for children, a meadow with animals and a jacuzzi set in a private courtyard all at your disposal during your stay.
We can also provide accommodation for friends and family as we have two comfortable gîtes (each of them with four ensuite bedrooms), a PRM gîte for two people and four en suite bed and breakfast rooms, including a bridal suite within the farmhouse. A total of 13 bedrooms, each one having their private bathroom and toilet. The several cottages and guest rooms on site have a total capacity of 42 beds. Their reservation is flexible, according to your needs.
If you need more accommodation, there is another Chateau 5 minutes drive away that has 20 rooms for 44 people and an Ibis hotel with 50 rooms, therefore we can cater for all 130 guests very locally.
