Set amongst a wild and magical landscape of sunlit rolling mountains, with the scent of wild thyme and mint, celebrate your vows in a 10,000 year old meteorite crater surrounded by rows of ripening grapes in the midst of an organic wine domaine.
This is a truly unique, natural and unforgettable setting.
The ceremony itself can take place overlooking the crater with the mountains behind and incredible panoramic views down to the Mediterranean Sea. Guests will then descend through vines and olive trees to dine within the crater itself. Sitting right next to the vines, and under the stars, your guests will be greeted by the smell of woodsmoke as their food (sourced from local organic producers or grown on the domaine) is prepared by our Michelin trained chef (worked with Gordon Ramsay) on a wood fire using last year's vine prunings.
We have a range of our own organic and highly acclaimed wines to choose from, perfect for toasting the moon and making wishes on shooting stars. This includes our new, exclusive 'method traditionelle’ sparkling wine: Le Cratère. Produced from grapes grown exclusively within the crater, this exceptional pink sparkling wine will fill your glass with stardust, while gazing on the very vines that created it.
Your guests will delight in an evening like no other, dancing under starlight between the vines and sipping wines inspired by our unique astronomical history. No one ever forgets their first dance between the vines in this meteoric location.

"The scene was breathtaking. As the sun was setting just before 8pm, the moon rose to the south-east - rugged nature, the vines, scrubland and, quite soon, some extremely good food and wine."
