Initially built around 1850, then expanded in the 1900s, the estate was one of the most beautiful properties in the Eure department around the 1920s. The park and its buildings are still - within its green setting bordered by the Iton River - witnesses to its past splendor. Its calm and welcoming setting will seduce all guests and will leave the memory of a wonderful day, in a wonderful space.
The reception room is designed to offer, in a single open space on 2 levels, a capacity of 60 to 380 seated people. The layout on 2 levels allows receptions of 50 to 150 people to maintain its warm and friendly character.It offers a modular capacity with the upper space, enhanced by a central Atrium which maintains the unity of the volume. In the vast and spacious park, you can also set up a barn, or organize your secular ceremony. The green spaces will also be perfect for your photos: its undergrowth and monumental constructions will make you dream.
Location: 40 minutes from Dreux, 1 hour from Rouen, 1 hour 20 minutes from Porte Maillot, its geographical position at the gates of Normandy offers easy access to organize your reception in the western region of Paris. The park also offers an environment favorable to the installation of additional reception tents, if a larger number of guests must participate in the cocktail party, for example.
The estate has accomodation onsite for 34 guests. There is then accommodation for around a hundred people within a 15 k radius for your other family and friends.
