Set in the southern shore of the Loire estuary, the Chateau is a 100 acre private estate comprising of 3 separate dwellings that can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, and who will have full access to the pool and the grounds. With Spacious rooms, and high ceilings, the property welcomes you with decor full of charm and nostalgia. We are able to host up to 200 people on the grounds and also have sufficient parking for such. there are local gites nearby as well as some hotels to accommodate the guests that would not lodge on site. There are then other local gites for additional accomodation near by for the remainder of your guests.
Experience a traditional sense of luxury. With its origins dating back to the 14th Century, the property is surrounded by 100 acres of private forest, including a pond available for fishing, woodland walks & cycling treks. A paradise for nature lovers, the woods are home to multiple species of fauna, including rabbits, red squirrels, roe deer, herons, owls and an occasional glimpse of the local king fisher. It is an idyllic setting to get married and there will be plenty of opportunity for intimate moments with your loved ones.
After burning down in the late 90s the property has undergone constant renovation and additions, the most recent being the 14m outdoor heated pool, completed in 2015.
One can also enjoy learning about the secrets of salt production or take a 15min drive from the property to beach and enjoy a swim in the warm ocean waters. This could be an ideal location for some beautiful photographs on your wedding day! Watch the sun set with the sand between your toes and just take in the fresh air and enjoy the first moments of being man and wife.
The Château is the perfect place for accommodating wedding events, wanting to celebrate in a peaceful and tranquil environment and benefitting from complete privacy. The wedding celebration would need to take place outdoors where a marquee can be arrange (either just an open tent or a more complex closed marquee with accompanying hard floor etc).

Pricing starts at €8,500 which comprises the rental of the estate with the use of the accommodation and the grounds for 3 nights.

During peak seasons (July/August) the property is rented out on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday only.
For the remainder of the year three-nights is the minimum length of stay and the arrival date is flexible.

Nantes airport is located 30 minutes by car from the property and the ports of Roscoff, Cherbourg and St Malo are located less than 4 hours drive.

Believe it or not, the Chateaux of the Loire was actually founded in the Centre region of France, and not in Pays de la Loire. That being said, that does not mean that this isn’t one of the most spectacular wedding destinations around.
