The Manoir consists of the stunning main house and its 6 bedrooms, the two apartments as well as the exteriors including charming enclosed gardens for your special day.
The property, located in a lovely seaside resort on the Côtes d'Armor, has up to 25 beds. It is the perfect place to bring your friends and family together in Brittany. Enjoy a stunning location just a few minutes from the sea.
Built in the 14th century, this majestic Manoir offers a taste of the tranquil countryside of rural Brittany. The Manoir is in the heart of a beautiful village and only a few minutes from several family beaches, an equestrian center and a zoo. Over several centuries, the house has known many owners and renovations. The guard tower and a pedestrian gate at the main entrance date from the 13th century. The current owners are currently renovating the mansion and gardens to create a magical and memorable place while preserving its history and character.
The Manoir can welcome for up to 150 guests for a cocktail reception and for your ceremony, set against the backdrop of this beautiful venue and its romantic grounds and gardens. For your wedding breakfast, the team will be more than happy to provide you help and support in choosing trusted caterers and other suppliers to ensure that your special day runs smoothly from start to finish.
ACCOMMODATION
The apartments, L'Epervier and Rapunzel , are two fully equipped charming cottages, each with an independent entrance. They are located on the side of the west tower of the mansion and can accommodate 2 to 4 people.
Privatization of the Manor, for 20 to 25 people
From 2024, you will be able to privatise the entire Manor for your special day. You will thus benefit from the 2 apartments, the main house and the large garden.
Let yourself be seduced by the 6 bedrooms, including a bedroom entirely dedicated to children, as well as its huge living room with a piano and a foosball table, its kitchen, its dining room and its smoking room. You can also enjoy the large garden with its deckchairs and its beautiful reception table, under the discreet gaze of Sun and Cristal, the horses of the Manor.
Come and enjoy the mansion and its family atmosphere. You can walk around the property among the green pastures. You can explore the gardens and the tree-lined bridleway, enjoy delicious meals al fresco around the long wooden table, or play the piano for an impromptu concert. Children will also love having fun in this enclosed garden where they will enjoy the wooden playhouse as well as outdoor games such as badminton and croquet. They will also be delighted to meet the Manoir's affectionate horses and dogs.
