This superb Italian-style villa, former hunting lodge of the Marquis de la Penne, is the ideal place for all types of private events. You will spend a timeless moment surrounded by your guests in the spirit of a large family home.
Perched at an altitude of 750 meters, in the heart of the Préalpes d'Azur natural park, this magnificent property extends over a private domain of 9 hectares, just over 1 hour from Nice by car. This place of inspiration, entirely renovated in 2021, was conceived around nature as a place of creativity, resourcing and learning, whilst combining comfort and modernity.
Anchored in a 9-hectare park and its permaculture farm, the mansion is a unique space. The property being composed of various spaces on which you can imagine your wedding according to your desires and the seasons.
The part reserved for the reception is located on the ground floor of the main building. A 170m2 indoor reception room that can easily accommodate 80 people seated for the meal but up to 150 if alternative furniture is rented, complete with a fun bar/dance area to extend the festivities, as well as a fully equipped professional kitchen that will delight your caterer.
Without forgetting the conveniences necessary for the comfort of your guests such as four toilets and PMR accessibility. The little extra? Adjoining the reception room, a yoga room that can be transformed into a daycare room to keep the youngest of your guests close to their parents in complete safety.
The terrace on the ground floor has a pergola to shelter from the sun during your cocktails or brunch the next day. Your secular ceremony will find its ideal location on the terrace surrounding the ground floor of the house or in the shade of our famous alley of hundred-year-old plane trees.
The entire team at the Mansion invites you to get back to basics in this enchanting and harmonious setting. The choice of caterer - like that of the rest of your service providers - is free. However, a visit beforehand is required in order to share the instructions before D-Day.

This 18th century mansion with its breathtaking view of nature has 17 bedrooms for 2 people each with its private bathroom, you just have to climb the floors to reach them. Beyond that, the team has listed a large number of additional accommodation nearby, the furthest being 20 minutes' drive away.
The Mansion is an extraordinary place, take advantage of your visit to offer your loved ones unforgettable memories, whether it is resting by the pool or having fun with your guests around the equipped play areas (petanque, ping pong, molki..)
2023/2024 rates: Weekend offer (from Friday to Sunday included) - 15,000 euros
Included the possibility to set up on Friday, privatization of the property including the 17 bedrooms for 2 nights. Access to the kitchen and furniture (tables and chairs) for 95 guests.
Specific conditions: Dancing inside until 5am; no noise outdoors after 11pm.
