This place combines French heritage with modernity to ensure you an optimal comfort. You will be surprised by its audacity and its magic that will leave your guests delighted. Its pergola enhances the magnificent view on our gardens and ponds. Bay windows run the length of the room which is fully furnished for your events (tables, chairs, caterer area, sound system, video projector)
The 3 bedrooms are also available, including a nuptial suite with a view on the terrace.

THE MANOR
This majestic building is the perfect place for you to organise your event in an exceptional setting. The Manor is composed by a dozen of bedrooms and can consequently welcome about twenty guests…The perfect place to spend time with your family, friends and even to welcome work meetings and events in a high-class Manor. Similar to a big family house with a dozen of bedrooms, two big living-rooms that can be used as meeting rooms, a dining room and a great open kitchen that make it easy to move in this luxurious complex. The Manor is located inside the Gardens, in front of the Windmill. It is totally independent; you can rent the Manor as well as all the different areas.

THE WORKSHOP
The Workshop offers more than 500m2 in a modern and industrial style, based on the model of the Navarre factories, opens onto a terrace with a view of the Le Nôtre basin and the Manoir. Both inside or outside, this is the perfect setting to organise an unforgettable event.
The workshop includes: 18 round tables (180 cm diameter), 180 white Napoleon chairs, 11 rectangular tables (180 X 120 cm), a catering office, a projection screen, a private parking lot, a private entrance.

The Workshop can cater for up to 460 guests for a cocktail party and 330 guests for a banquet. Prices are from 3800 euros in high season (material included - from Friday 2pm to Sunday 6pm).
The Windmill also has 3 double rooms including a suite for the bride and groom with private terrace, at a rate of 500 euros from Friday 2pm to Sunday 6pm, for the 3 rooms. There is also the Manoir offering 11 double rooms, at the rate of 3000 euros (from Friday 2pm to Sunday 6pm) including the conviviality room.
